B.R.R. Cannon is a short story writer and author of The Chronostream Trilogy. At nine, she resolved to become an author and began work on her first sci-fi series. While that series is still on the shelf, it inspired a lifelong love of storytelling that led to a B.A. in creative writing, several years of teaching middle school language arts, and myriad tales waiting to be shared. Her short stories appear in print anthologies and online magazines.

When she's not writing at her desk with a warm drink, she enjoys finding excuses to wear costumes and spending time with her family and cat.

Book 1

Time Guild Pilot Ainsley Kestrel's first mission is a disaster. She arrives in ancient Alexandrine to retrieve a lost scroll but finds herself in the crosshairs of a mysterious time traveler. When his failed attempt to kill Ainsley damages her time ship, she becomes lost in the river of time, known as the chronostream.

As Ainsley struggles to repair her time ship, she attempts to blend into history and avoid the unknown assailant who seems to know her every move. With the help of her friends—Navigator Petra Novak and Pilot Lucas Novak—she learns the truth about the relentless time traveler, her family's past, and the dangers of damaging the chronostream.

However, Ainsley and her friends are unprepared for the temptations of time travel. Temptations that Ainsley's pursuer knows too well. Will their decisions permanently damage the chronostream or, worse, ultimately destroy time itself?
